StakeLogic or Novomatic, call them what you will… they have come up with another new slot game for us to try. This one is called Great Wars, which doesn’t bode well for a cheerful slot. However, the drama is packed into this one and you can tell that is the case from the opening image you see.
While the game is built on a five-reel format, with the usual three icons on each, you will see the two sides of the war represented either side of those reels. There’s blue on one side and green on the other, and we are uncertain which side might win… or whether it matters. There is a golden image that appears as a scatter, and this can pop up stacked on the reels as well. The wild is just as easy to spot as it appears labeled and in green. Well, that’s one of the wilds anyway… there is a blue shield one too, along with a split wild featuring half of each one. We guess these are the two shields of the two sides in the war.
Great Wars is a nicely drawn slot game, one we think will win quite a few fans. Another reason for this is that you can pick up as many as 30 free spins if you get nine scatters in a spin. Yes, you need more than usual, but we still think it is worth playing.
