Gold Heist Slots

Not a real one, of course – we wouldn’t recommend that. We do, however, suggest you look more closely at the Gold Heist slot game we are going to review for you here. With plenty of action, drama, and prizes on those reels, who knows what you might find as you start playing?

Developer details

The game comes from a small yet powerful collection of slots from Dragon Gaming.

We always recommend a game demo if there is one. Since this game is produced by Dragon Gaming, you can count on finding one of those.

A mining theme is obvious

The Gold Heist title could refer to a bank, and indeed one of the symbols on the reels shows a bank. It’s no ordinary bank though – it is clearly set in the Wild West, and with mining carts, gold nuggets, and other delights cropping up, you can see how this game is going to use that theme to the best degree.

A wild, wild design

The reels are surrounded by a wooden frame. You’ve got some mine carts sitting atop them, with sacks and gold bars to either side. There are lanterns hanging around too, so everything sets the scene nicely.

What should you expect from the Gold Heist slot game?

You are going to see five reels to spin as you play. Each of those displays three symbols on it. The game offers lots of prizes but none of them are progressive.

The cowboy is wild, and he looks serious. Fortunately, the icon has WILD across the front too, shown in green with a golden surround. It also carries a 2x multiplier when involved in a winning line.

There is a scatter as well, and this guy looks happier. He has a beard and a pickax over his shoulder. SCATTER is shown in red with that same golden surround seen on the wild.

One final but very important symbol is the bonus icon. It shows a mine track winding around and heading into the mine. BONUS appears on it in blue, and yes, that same gold edging is there as well.

Payline quantity

There are 30 lines in this game, and they are variable, which means you can choose to play fewer lines if you wish. This could potentially mean you miss a prize landing on an un-played line, though.

How much do you need to wager to play the game?

If you’re going to play the real version, you need to place a coin worth between one cent and a dollar on each payline you activate.

Three bonus symbols are good enough to get you there. Spin the wheel that appears and see how far you can go along the mining trail shown. The top prize is a huge 200x your triggering wager.

Three scatter symbols unlock the picking round to see how many free games you’ve won. Three, four, or five scatters award the same quantity of picks, respectively. Choose from the scene shown to determine the outcome, with up to 50 free games to be won. All prizes are granted a 2x multiplier.
