We cannot help but be drawn in by the design of this game. It looks the part, taking us deep into the Orient with ease. The background fades away, yet it still includes a lot of detail. Since bamboo is mentioned in the title, you would expect to see lots of it in the game itself, and it does appear everywhere.
Bamboo Rush basic elements to note
Before you play, you should know there is no chance of a progressive jackpot being won here, as there are none included. The game works on a 5 x 4 format, so while there are five reels, we get four rows instead of just three.
The wild is one of those that uses that word to indicate its importance. This appears in front of lots of bamboo, which is good to see. The giant panda is a regular high-paying symbol, but it appears in a full height panel, so it could cover all the positions on a reel.
The game includes a scatter too, and this is a golden panda. This has an important role to play, as we’ll shortly learn. Finally, we should mention the lower-paying symbols are the typical letters and numbers. That is the only letdown in this game, to be honest.

We like this one enough to give it 8 out of 10 points. There are a couple of niggles – we love their 3D games, so it’s a shame this one doesn’t fall into that category. It would be good if a bonus had been included, but we understand not everyone likes them. It’s nice to have some variety.
